Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to check-in. Any cancellation made within 14 days of check-in will be charged 50%.
All cancellations will be charged a 10% processing fee.
Full payment via credit card is requested upon booking
Booking Terms & House Rules
There are exterior security cameras at the front entrance drive. Tampering with or obstructing the security devices are a direct violation of house rules. Guests will be required to present a copy of a government issued photo ID and sign rental agreement prior to their stay. No pets please- if this policy is violated an additional cleaning charge will be applied. No smoking. No burning of any candles. Do not sit or stand on hot tub covers- if broken guest will be charged $250 for replacement. No oils, bubbles, lotions or glass permitted in the hot tub. Violation of the house rules may be result in being asked to leave the property and waive the right to leave a public review.
